白紙鋼
白紙鋼為含碳量較高高級鋼材，經由職人鍛造後硬度增加、韌性高，鋒利度持久
＊由於碳鋼是會生鏽的，只要勤於保養即可長久使用。

⚠️ Number tickets will be available from 11:00 AM on both event days.
Admission will be in numerical order.
Extremely limited-edition knives will be released separately over the two days.
Details will be announced before the event.
Knives will be available for purchase at the event.
Guests will also have the opportunity to take photos and get autographs with the artisans.
All knife enthusiasts are warmly welcome!
The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision and interpretation regarding the event.
